Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG)

The Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) is the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, the so-called Whistleblower Directive, into German law. Under the HinSchG, companies are obliged to set up an internal reporting office for the submission of reports on breaches of regulations or laws. SCHÜTZ has set up a whistleblower system in the form of an internal reporting office as part of its existing compliance management system. 

Employees and temporary workers can submit reports in written and verbal form (+49 151 20542122) to the internal reporting office.

Every whistleblower has full protection from reprisal. All reported information and personal data are subject to special confidentiality and high data protection standards and requirements. If a false report is made, the respective whistleblower may be liable to prosecution and may be required to pay compensation for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent report or disclosure of false information.
